Our telephones are answered during office hours by our administrative staff. Please leave your name, number and a brief message for the nurse and she will return your call as soon as possible. Our nurses have been trained to answer most of your questions, however, when it becomes necessary to speak with one of the physicians she will inform you of the general time to expect a return call. Please understand that it would be most unfair to patients in the office if the doctor were to leave the examining room to answer every telephone call. Any emergency, however, will be immediately conveyed to the medical team.

Our medical team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other support staff. The answering service will intercept all calls made to our office after hours, holidays and weekends. The emergency number is 864-560-7050. The answering service will forward all messages to the medical team on call, who will then return your call at the earliest opportunity. If the decision is made that you need to be examined, you will be directed to the emergency room. Please call the emergency number, 864-560-7050 prior to coming to the emergency room. Please keep a list of all medications being taken, including "over the counter" medicines. We also advise that you keep handy the telephone number of the pharmacy of your choice when you call your doctor for any medical problem, as frequently you may require a prescription.
